With over 60 years of experience we have acquired a unique skill of moving and raising brick, block and slab buildings weighing hundreds of tons. This gives us a upper hand in underpinning and slab raising houses with foundation problems. We provide sill replacement due to rot and termite damage. We also repair, stabilize sinkhole damage and installed pre constructed piers. We not only stabilize foundations but we raise back to its final position closing any existing cracks. We provide shoring for an array of different applications such as replacing walls, raising trusses, sagging joist and beams. We can stabilize a failing foundation using our highly developed underpinning system, or simply replace failing piers. We can permanently repair cracks in walls raise slab floors and fix those doors and windows that just don't seem to shut right anymore. We raise and hold buildings. (i.e. raising a building up a story on the beaches to protect against flooding or to build a garage under.)
